At Last!

The barn quilt I painted months ago finally got hoisted into place--with the excellent help of some of Justin's friends.

These were some of the same wonderful folks who worked so hard on the rebuilding of the shop. They were here for a couple of days of work on Justin and Claui's kitchen/dining room re do. Lots was accomplished and I was thrilled to see the 'quilt' in place. (Though now, of course, I see things I should have done to make the pattern clearer. Oh well, I'll not be climbing a ladder to do those things.)

Great job. I'm inspired to make one too on the wood I've set aside.

What a beauty. I like the moving cross pattern that doesn't become a swastika! And love the Phoenix!
