The Next Day . . .

After the excitement of the Moral Monday protest, I was happy to get back to the garden . . .

But I found that I was humming "We Shall Overcome" as I snapped the beans . . .

And when I looked at the morning glories, I thought how slowly they started, months back,
and how they picked up speed and spread and spread . . .

And when they finally bloomed -- how beautiful!

I love morning glories... at our home in AZ they were not holding more than a couple of years probably because of the heat intensity! :-)

Love your shadow with the bell over your head like a crown...in the pic of the vine!

It’s good to have a contemplative day after a day on the barricades.

I remember it well . . . . .

Ahh, Vicki, how your garden grows.

Get Up, Stand Up is another good tune...

I do hope the movement picks up speed and grows just like your lovely morning glories.
