Josie loves Grumpy's study--there are lots of Post it notes and black markers for her to use. So she hung a little show of her work, right on Grumpy's computer screen.
Apart from the first picture--a very nice likeness of Grumpy himself--her work seems to be more or less non-representational.
When Grumpy told her that one picture looked like a rooster, she disagreed. He pointed out that it had a beak and a comb. She quickly wielded her marker and huffed, "Well, now it doesn't."
Ah, the artistic temperament!

Very cool art show!
How cute
I would love to know what's in her mind when she draws these pictures -- what she intends them to be.
I've seen numerous blog posts about Josie's castle people. I'd love to know what to call them, how to get some for my granddaughter. Thanks
The Castle People are made by Schleich and by Papo. Happy Hen toys has the lot. You might find them used on EBay. They are very sturdy.
