There was a socially-distanced line of folks making its way into the courthouse, but I had time just to snap one picture before the light changed and I had to keep moving, none the wiser.

Possibly a good part of his standing there - he at least had on a mask. Otherwise, it takes all kinds...and bless his heart! (I've deleted any other thoughts that come to mind.)

I guess he doesn't really know what he is saying about himself by standing there like that. Very sad state of affairs when we have folks like that.
