Life Goes On

The hydrangea is coming back.

And works proceeds on rebuilding the barn.

But we have cancelled our traditional Easter Party,

the only responsible thing to do in these troubled times.

So glad for the barn. Nice to see how the work is progressing. It will be even a better a celebration when everything goes back to normal. I wish all of you good health.

I hope you all stay healthy. Sad as it is, I believe you are making the right choice about the Easter party. One epidemiologist wrote that we should act not as if we are trying not to get the virus, but as if we already have it and don't want to infect others.

This too shall pass.

I know how painful it will be for so many who look forward to your big Easter gathering. But canceling is the prudent thing to do. Looks as the re-build is going quite well.

Other Easters will come. You have to protect yourselves — and Josie and any other children who would be there.
