Would you believe I got up before dawn just to go see dawn on the Blue Ridge Parkway...so we found out the sun didn't come over the mountains at the time that the weather people said it was "dawn." Took another 20 minutes where we were. But it was kind of fun.

We had a wonderful week of coolish temps, but now we're back into the 90s with high humidity. sigh Great while it lasted.
It looks like a nice cloud inversion. Is that the right word?
