I don't know how you get by without AC. We've had day after week after month of temps in the mid to upper 90s and smothering humidity, and even the cats don't want to go on their beloved screened porch. The future is here, and it's only going to get worse. I feel terrible for Josie's generation and all who come after, because they will live with the mistakes the people before them made.

Yesterday was our hottest yet and had me dreaming of snow. Today the temps have moderated to a high of 80, thank goodness.

Gosh, must be hot if you need snow. Our hot spell didn't last long.
