Clean up crew! Given the amount of road kill here - we have a severe overpopulation of deer - I'm always rather glad to see them. However, when a whole group is on the roof of my house, doing that thing they do with their wings half spread, they look very, very ominous.

They are among the species that have bald looking heads, and remind me of how they represent dinosaurs' relations.
Those look like turkeys to me or are they buzzards. We see the turkey hens on the roadsides with their chicks.
These are turkeys. Their heads are rather buzzardy.
