I am madly in love with orchids! As usual with something I love, I have gone overboard and have too many. Most have finished for the year, but my lavender orchid has been blooming profusely for months and shows no signs of dropping its flowers. My beloved yellow orchid appeared to be finished and we moved it to a resting spot, only to discover on watering day that it had put out half a dozen new buds. So I will have yellow orchids for Christmas.
