Mountain Moods
After spending too much time staring at the computer screen while working on an essay requested by a local magazine (publicity!) it was nice to sit on the porch and stare into the distance, watching rain showers sweeping across the mountains.
I love that "v" of mountains meeting mountains, then the layers of slopes beyond. Distant, and even more distant. It always makes me have a peaceful feeling.

What a distraction!

I'd never get anything done, with that to gaze at!
What a spectacular view you have, it would be hard to stop looking. That is God's country.
