Sidelined

I was sidelined by a lack of internet connection most of yesterday, company for dinner, and a muscle spasm in the back that has me spending time with the heating pad today. I'll be back later with a web album of more autumn pictures.

I can sympathize with your back pain! If I didn't get in my massage chair everyday, I'm not sure I could do much at all. Hope you feel better! Looking forward to fall pictures from the mountains! :)

Hope you are soon back on your feet. When you are down in your back, there isn't much you can do but endure it. Take care,
Tammy

Back pain is the worst. I have a flair up now and then. Rest up, friend. I want to see more glorious pics!

Hey, Carol, I'm doing great as long as I have my faithful heating pad pressed to my back.

Tammy -- it's interesting that you say 'down in the back.' I never heard that expression till I moved to the mountains but it's very common around here.

Hi, Willow - lovely poem over at the Manor!

My sympathies Vicki. I had the same last week. I use a hot water bottle. What is a heat pad? Is it something you can walk about with, strapped to you. If so, it sounds nice and welcome. By the way, when I click on the little google thingy at the bottom of your post,it just takes me back to my own area. Is that right? Should we be looking at lots of photos?
Blessings, Star - hope you soon recover.

Hey, Star -- Unfortunately, the heating pad is electric and must be plugged in. So I'm in my writing chair, enjoying the heat on my back. Alas, I'm going to have to leave for a while and go do something about lunch.

I haven't put up a web album yet -- am doing the captions and will put one up as a separate post later in the day.
