Words and pictures from the author of And the Crows Took Their Eyes as well as the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries . . .
Look at you, getting all bloomy on me!
are you wishing considering the storm coming in tonight? smiles...ah come on spring...and bring me your colors....
You remind me to go cut some forsythia from the neighbor's yard, the empty house next door won't mind a bit! Then I can also force some to bloom inside. Yay.
Those are so bright and cheery! We don't have anything blooming yet. I have a few daffodils sprouting but no buds at all.
That mix of purple and yellow really does brighten up a landscape that's been yearning for colors.I was very interested to see those photos of the great bird in your prior post. What a presence!xo
How close do we have to get to heaven before we know we are already there? You capture the four seasons in your mountains so beautifully.
Hooray!
Beautiful shots. Our daffs are out in this part of Washington full blast. -- barbara
