Vicki, these NC springtime photographs are so beautiful...we need many more of these encouraging signs here in NYC.
I also very much admire your writing in the prior post. When I read about these sorts of times, how I wish I could have a conversation with my sweet Granny.
When we do actually meet, and I know we will, I will share lots of my memories of my Granny.

I'm seriously impressed with how much you have blooming, considering the winter you've had!
Very impressive photos. Spring is finally here.

that second pic of the little fuzzy is cool....our flowers just popped up yesterday...but its supposed to snow on tuesday
The first picture is our star magnolia -- which blooms early and almost always gets hit by a freeze. We,too, have snow predicted for Tuesday, drat it!
The purple flower is a primrose -- one that came from the grocery store several years ago and is thriving outside.
Beautiful spring blooms. I'm hoping Tuesday's snow is light or nonexistent--I have a class to get to:)
What lovely colorful and textural friends to welcome springtime!
Oh, no fair!
You have blue skies and green leaves.
I have gray and brown.
But thanks for the little injection of hope.
Your photos are stunning, thank you!
I can almost believe in Spring again.
