Well it certainly looks like a good day to dig the taters. Glad the hard work paid off in spuds.
taters make for good soup...and the pups looks like he is enjoying the show....
We planted for the first time, and they came out bite-size. But any potato is a good potato.
Some backs must have been aching from that task...good to have the tractor I'm sure!
That was my job along with my brother. We dug up all the rows one day and then the next few days we would pick them up in baskets to take to the basement. It is definitely fall when it is time to dig potatoes.
The weather looks like it was very cooperative for the task!
