Not Much to Say...

As I struggle to maintain a positive attitude,

 I'll simply state
that having my arm in this blasted sling. . .

is getting on my one last nerve . . .

and I'm getting a tad cranky.

(Having the pictures not post didn't help but I think I've fixed it now -- thanks, Ms. A, for the suggestion!)

Ooooooooooh, noooooo... the photos didn't show!

My arm isn't in a sling, but I can be cranky with you, if you need company!

I sent you an email!

We could share a slice of crankiness across the ocean so you don't feel too alone...

I hope you're out of the sling asap, Vicki. I'd be a little cranky too, if my arm was out of commission.

I'm so sorry about your arm. While it is true the photos did not show up, I could see the thousands of incredible photos you've shared over the years. I put those in the missing photos' places, and thank you, there was that welcoming morning beauty.

Take care of yourself!

i'd give you a hug but i'm afraid that might agitate your arm....oy

You are perfect in all your crankiness...which even an angel would feel and express under the circumstances.

You all are kind ... yesterday was a busy day -- my first class of the fall and all the tedious bureaucratic stuff that goes with it. Today I can catch up a bit and maybe get to a nicer place in my head...

Oh, and I have a new laptop with some annoying quirks I'm having to figure out -- I'm sure that's a contributory factor to the crankiness. Grrrrrrr.....

I am so sorry, Vicky, about your arm! I hope it will be out of there asap! Love the pictures, magnificent light and colors.

Big hug,
Merisi

Sending thoughts for quick healing! Cranky sure seems appropriate:)

It doesn't take a bum arm to make me cranky, so you are doing good. Hang in here!

It will get better. Back in July about midnight I was coming down the stairs thought I was at the bottom missed the last two steps and did a football move with my right shoulder into a closet door and wound up fracturing the little knobby bone (medical term) in a sling for about three weeks and pissy as all get out. I used some old tee shirts and night gowns and cut a slice at the top back I could step in them and my husband would safety pin closed. It was a tough few weeks . Best of luck to you during this trying time. Oh under the category of misery loving company there are perhaps a dozen or so people at physical therapy with you guessed it shoulder injuries .

The Golden Girls say, "Heal!" You have every right to be a bit cranky. Sometimes that actually helps. That and some wine.

So glad this day is almost over. Would you believe I managed to drop my cell phone (which was riding in the sling) into the dishwater, pretty much ending its existence?

I'll come visiting tomorrow -- right now I'm headed for bed before I do any more damage to anything.

How annoying, but the flowers are beautiful. I broke my wrist two years ago and it felt as if I've never be free. But the time passed and I had my freedom back.

Just catching up with you - I missed the accident. You are in the wars lately. Hope you soon heal (and your phone!) It is very tricky having only one of anything when you're used to two. Hope tomorrow is a better day!

Yay, you got 'em up and they are gorgeous!

Hope the arm is doing better.
