Sun Day

Can it be?     The sun?!?
Snow sliding off the roof...

Pussywillows white against the blue sky...

A simple trip to town becomes an exercise in seeing.

Love the photos and the sepia story of your mentors.

Yes, I believe it really is the sun, at last! We have it here too, this morning.

I really like the photograph - "an exercise in seeing"

Great photos! It's so good seeing/feeling the sun again .. seems like it's been hiding for ages.

Thanks, Callie! An I love the pictures of your chickens!

Oh, what joy, Martin! We've had two days of sun and today is looking fine and clear!

Thanks, Miss Yves! That was one of those roadside mirrors to help people coming out of a driveway when the view is obstructed. I was driving by and saw the red reflection and had to back up and get the picture. It's helpful that there isn't much traffic on the back roads I travel -- I often stop to take a picture.

Isn't this WONDERFUL, Pat?

Have a great Sunday!

The white chickens are Light Brahmas.
The short one is Pastey and the other one is Screamer because she yells at me when I take her eggs. LOL

Glad you're having sunny days, Vicki!

Oops, I forgot to say I LOVE that fourth photo!

Good looking biddies, Callie!

It was wonderful, Victoria -- I think we're looking at a week of rain now -- but not snow.

I loved that one too -- like a tunnel through the trees.

Oh yeah, photographers do a lot of backing up to get those pictures! ;-) Sometimes I spot something and continue driving - can't stop everywhere, can I? - and then my brain starts thinking of the chances to ever encounter that particular sight in that particular light .... oh well, where's the next U-turn? ;-)

You captured some really pretty sights and signs of spring, lurking just around the corner! The sun's been out here too, but I was either in class morning to night and Sunday and today was spent getting everything ready to leave at dawn tomorrow for Geneva.

Sun Day indeed! I've so enjoyed the sun these past few days-if only it would stay around : )

It's been outside weather for a change, Tipper. Though they say rain is coming...
