That's a lot of corn. My mother used to freeze corn and it tasted so good and reminded me of summer all winter long. The kittehs don't know what they're missing and I would keep it that way :) Sam
Today I picked corn again -- about twice the amount pictured. It's shucked and (mostly) de-silked -- now for the blanching and freezing. And Jim Egerton, in your honor I fried up some in bacon drippings. It was yum and we had maters and cucumbers on the side.

Oh I love "Butter & Sugar" (what we called it anyway) corn...and you will get to love this for many months now. Good job there!
