It's quite a day! The smell of daffodils and sweet viburnum is in the air. The sun is shining. There was an inch of rain last night and everything is growing and glowing.
Vicki, I got a great chuckle at your predicament. I have been in similar situations with Zippy. I can't tell you how many times I would try to chase him down. One day I was so frustrated..I just said..run to your hearts content. He did and as long as I could see or hear him, I just let him go. Same thing...he would come home tired and happy. He never went far from home, but once I stopped chasing him, we were both much happier.

There's that amazing willow, again! I just love that!
Perfect green for St Patrick's Day!
Great pictures, but the last is my favorite.
Wishing you the happiest of St. Patrick's Days!!! Beautiful pictures!!! Cathy
I adore the willow, especially for Wearin of the Green, but the panoramic of the clouds! No way to choose.
Happy St. Patrick's Day to you.
majesty is the first word that comes to mind...these really are some beautiful pictures....
The rich pastels of your photos make me feel as if I've just been smooched right on the lips by springtime. They're lovely!
Ah Willow...so tender and delicate! A true Irish color, much lighter than the traditionally celebrated one. Happy Erin go Brae!
Loved the willow, but the last photograph is my favorite. Ah, the sun and clouds on the mountains. Lovely

Isn't it wonderful? Another spring is on its way!

I love the greening willows. They show colour well before most of the other trees, and yours is such a graceful shape.
