There's no place like home where the food is good and everyone you love is there. Welcome home Vicki. I'm so happy for you.

So glad to see that you're home. Hope every day is better than the one before and that you're soon scampering about without pain taking pictures as you walk through your beautiful land.

Great to see that you're home, Vicki. That's got to feel a whole lot better.

That looks like a mighty nice contrast to what you have been eating the last couple of weeks! Yum.

I was too sleepy last night to say more about the meal but it was magnificent! Our own chicken and potatoes, lettuce and radishes from the garden -- fresh and incredibly tasty. A delicious sauce/gravy accompanied the chicken and when I asked what was in it, Claui told me that the main ingredient was the dripping from the chicken -- which included lemon, rosemary, and QUITE a lot of Garlic. Aha! It had been so long since I'd had garlic that the taste seemed new and exotic...

I'm on oxycodin so could only have a sip of the champagne and on coumadin which meant no seconds on the wonderful sauteed Brussels sprouts... but still!

Hooray! Well done, Vicki! Make sure they all run round after you for a few weeks - and keep doing those physio exercises without fail! It will make all the difference.

Oh Vicki, I'm imagining that each night's sleep in your own bed will be even more restful that the prior night's rest.

Please do let all those lovely folks gathered around that delicious feast continue to pamper you. Milk it! (Not sure that is an approved medical term, but think that you'll get my drift.)

I was hoping that "yes" meant you were finally sprung! Hooray for you! Keep up with your therapy it won't be long til you can do the things you like to do without the pain. I was able to go Christmas shopping for the grandbaby without having to sit and rest my knees!
