Thumbing through my Archives...

Really, we I can. Getting lots better though I haven't ordered the tango shoes just yet.

If all goes well, I'll be going home Saturday.

Time to put up watch others put up Christmas decorations . . .

Oh, it will be glorious!

It's been really nice, having blog and Facebook friends to chat with during this less-than-fun experience . . . I know it's made a difference in my attitude. Thanks for the quips and comments, the hugs and good wishes....

Adopting a managerial role with the hanging of decorations, sounds okay. Take it easy on the helpers though. Remember, you're a seasoned 'professional'.

Oh it will be lovely to be in your own house again, won't it! Just remember that you still need to rest and recuperate - don't overdo!! And don't let Willa leap on your knee!

I've always said, "No matter how lumpy, there's no bed like your own." Just keep working that knee.

What wonderful news, Vicki. Why, the weekend is almost here already.

I am guessing that your rehab folks are really going to miss you. I am sure that you've added quite a bit to their lives! (You do realize that the bit was all very, very good!)

That's wonderful news Vicki! I know you'll be glad to get home. I was away from home 17 days when I had both of my knees done. Aren't you glad it's all behind you now.
Hugs dear friend!

So glad to hear that you're improving. All the people I know with new knees (a group that us growing all the time) say that they wish they had done it earlier so I hope/expect that you'll join that group soonest. Don't overdo, let people take care of you a bit as I'm sure you do for them all the time. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Great news! Home tomorrow. Now, let them do the work for you – don’t work, just supervise.

It's now Saturday. Welcome home. So glad everything went well. Take a seat and relax and let others do for you for a while as you heal.

And I forgot to mention, everything tastes better when someone else prepares it.

True enough, Sam -- unless that somebody else is an institutional kitchen. You would weep...
