Inside Looking Out . . .

My view is limited but ...

through the magic of Picasa . . .

I can enjoy scenes past . . .

Still in rehab and noticing some slow improvement . . .

And still haven't bitten anyone. . .

At least you have those wonderful images, which are probably a far sight more appealing than anything you would see in the hospital!

.. still haven't bitten anyone .... *smile*
I imagine the temptation to do it is there, painfully.
Keep up the good spirits and work,

These are photographs to lift the spirits. Sounds as though progress is being made. Thinking of you, here in the UK.

Vicki, I am very glad that you are noticing that bit of improvement. I am guessing that you might be keeping a journal while in rehab and that some of what you are observing "indoors" might someday be part of a novel.

Meanwhile, those outdoor views are truly gorgeous. I particularly like the photographs with the glorious full moon overhead.

So you have your laptop with you? Isn’t it great to have a computer handy? My laptop broke but I bought a new one during Cyber Monday and am getting it today. Before, the only recourse was to watch TV and now you can look at your gorgeous photos. I am sure that makes you feel better. Improvement is good.

I'm just now reading of your surgery, Vicki, as I've been mostly away from the computer of late. I'm so glad to hear that you've come through well and that rehab is going nicely. I'll be eager to hear more about your knee replacement experience, since my husband needs a new knee and hopes to get one in the future.

Sending positive and healing thoughts your way!

P.S. I can't wait to see you on Bookwatch---I love that show! My daughter is always seeing D.G. Martin pedaling his bicycle through campus...and always waves at him. She grew up watching Bookwatch. :-)

So you have your computer with you? That's nice. Speedy recovery Vicki.

Glad you are on the mend. It will get easier every day now.

Better reset your postings to prevent anonymous from spamming you.

Just keep on keeping you teeth firmly clamped. Biting someone would probably be frowned upon.

Take care and good wishes for a speedy recovery.

I like to picture you at home with critters - and moving about at will. And remember, if you note the long and quite Theater of the Absurd, comment above:
"Basically, retro skirts greater than its awaken or keep company with occasion."
That's something to keep in mind with the holidays coming and all. Keep improving!! katy

Yep, Katy, that was a pretty terrific piece of spam -- but I cold-heartedly deleted it.

I can't bring myself to use word verification -- it's such a pain and often takes me several tries.

You don't have to use word verification to stop receiving anonymous posts. Just check in the posting preferences that you do not want to accept them and that will show up in your "Leave your comment" section. BTW: I also hate the new word verification.
