Beautiful photos. Considering what it is -- a dead, dusty rock that gives off no light or heat of its own -- our moon has inspired a remarkable amount of poetry, song and myth here on Earth. Its false image also gave me the title of my first novel. 😄

We saw that beautiful moon rise on Saturday night. Somehow missed it last night. Cloudy this morning so that may be the reason last night.
