New Ways of Seeing...

Exploring Picasa's potential . . .  infrared curly hazelnut. . .

The front porch, a la pencil sketch and vignette...

Rhubard with the neon treatment...

A posterized amaryllis and a vignetted iris.
Infinite possibilities. . .

Picasa did that? I guess I need to check it out a lot more than I have.

I can see that you've been having fun with the effects options. Love the shot of the porch.

Very interesting pictures, I like the abstract art versions, and your iris is sublime. I haven't played with my photos much, only to sharpen or darken the overexposed ones. I still wish there was a button to fix focus!
Thanks for sharing a very interesting view of your world.

I just downloaded Picasa this week. This inspires me to get cracking on learning to use it! Very appealing effects you have achieved here.

Is it raining there too? These are such fun - I really like the sepia sketch.

I do really like the front porch pencil sketch. I use Picasa but have not explored as deeply as you have. Maybe I will look into this -- barbara

The vinette Iris is gorgeous!

I like Picassa. PicMonkey is pretty cool too. It has some pretty good textures. There is also ipiccy.
