Hard to believe it's October, already. How quickly this year has gone. Guess the sense of the swiftness of the seasons is one more things that comes with age.
Gorgeous photos - is that a fungus growing on the tree trunk? I couldn't quite make it out. Best wishes with your book release, it sounds so interesting with having Elizabeth telling her story. I have loved all your other books so am sure I will love this one just as much.

Autumn is definitely upon us in so many ways, but no one has told summer just yet. Yesterday we were sat in baking heat, with ice creams all round!
