Summer Evening Feast


Hot weather. Old friends. And we were too busy enjoying the meal for me to do more than grab a quick phone picture.

Salmon with cucumber, sour cream  and dill
Corn on the cob
Garden Lettuce and tomato salad (courtesy Louise)
Just picked Flat beans (also from Louise)
Focaccia with Rosemary
Bubbly
Peach and Plum Granola Crisp with Whipped Cream
Coffee

It were good.

Out here in west Marin county, California, it was 62 degrees and partly cloudy. I smoked a pile of pork ribs (classic North Carolina bbq sauce, of course) with a cabbage and sunflower sprout slaw. Didn't have my camera, but i am sure yall know it was delicious. see ya in the fall!

My wife makes a great conventional focaccia bread, but yours looks very interesting.

Sounds like a good meal to me. Still waiting to hear that corn is being sold at farmstand.
