You could get some plaster and capture those wonderful footprints...just saying. I'd offer clay, but am not in the studio in town any more. Plaster is available and easy to wash off little hands and feet. She's a dear!
If I could add to your fabulous idea, as a former early educator, I made my own playdough, and then pressed the child’s hand or foot into it. This gave me the form for the plaster or cement for form and harden.

What a good idea! wa have plaster handprints my by my husband when he was little. Off to stir up some play dough!
Love the little tutu. I imagine much twirling goes on when she's wearing that!
