Your soil is beautiful ~ I remember the smell of rich soil in the autumn from my childhood. Soil here neither looks like that not smells like anything at all.
Great that you like Kathy Reichs, now we have two authors we both enjoy. Charles Frazier is the other. I love his books and keep hoping for more.
