Awesome! I saw my first goldfinches last year and haven't seen any yet this year. We tried, but they weren't there. I need to go back and look, since they don't come to my yard.
Please sing. Sing all you want. Sing of spring!
What glorious pinks. And that delightful little yellow bird - a goldfinch?
well as lovely as it is...its in like the low 30s here this morning....what the heck....i am just glad we did not get snow...
Why not? La la la all over the land!
Still singing in spite of the freeze last night that zapped a lot of blossoms and new growth. The sun is shining and life goes on.Yes, Juliet, goldfinches. Such little beauties!
So many glorious colors. Fortunately for us, many things haven't bloomed yet, so we may still get colors despite the freeze.
Vicki, looks a very good time for your hills to be alive with the sound of ... well, you know.xo
And so Enya's version of this lovely song will fill my brain for a while. Not a bad thing at all.
Vicki, you live in such a gorgeous place. Half my lilac bush died in the drought. So I appreciate the picture very much, very beautiful.
Your surroundings deserve applause. -- barbara
Splendid! Thank you for really enhancing my Spring!
