Every spring I lament the fact that I have no daffodils. And every fall I forget to plant the bulbs. But at least they sell them in the grocery store so I can have a few vases of them inside.
Delightful photos! I have been thrilled to discover -- this being my first spring season in our new home -- that previous owners had planted quite a few Daffodil bulbs that are treating me to their nods and there are several "explosions" (as you put it) of Sunrise Forsythia as well. This is fun…to see what other plants start showing off. :)
