Slowly Getting Ready
Another foggy day. I stayed busy hauling out Christmas stuff and putting away Fall decor. And sitting with a heating pad on and off. I have to baby my dratted back.
We won't get our tree till this weekend. By Monday we should be in full regalia.
Yes, heat for the back...good idea. Settle into your peaceful place. Deep breath! Look at small things and see where they take you. I've a postcard of a national park on my desk that reminds me so well of the experience.

Sorry that your back is acting up just in time for the holidays. Take it easy.
Hope your back soon heals. They 'go' quickly and then take a long time to settle down but one day you'll suddenly feel it has relaxed again.
