Uh Oh

Facebook is messing with me again. Or more likely some phisher. I opened a notification and suddenly the screen told to call some number and wouldn't let.me turn it off.

I can access FB on my phone with no.problem which tells me the problem is on my laptop.

I'm doing thistle post on my phone which is a pain

So I'm going to bed and will try to get this sorted tomorrow

Or not.

I get that spam thing maybe once a month, usually when I click onto something on FB to see "more," but I've also had it with links on blogs. I do turn off the computer, use Ctl, Alt Delete if the power switch doesn't work. Let it sit a while. Then turn on where I have a pretty good filter program that catches viruses etc. and they are gone. The spam is annoying, and obviously NOT from Microsoft. Don't ever ever call them! Huge problem which I'd love to report somewhere!

I’ve had that happen. The solution was easy, but I can’t remember what it was. Sorry.

Scary when that happens. It's happened to me on occasion, though I can't recall how I got out of it. Probably shutting off the device for a while and restarting.
