"No court shall have jurisdiction to review any action taken by the Secretary, the EPA Administrator, a State or municipal agency, or any other Federal agency [...] to issue a lease, permit, biological opinion, or other approval."
What it means:
If the government approves drilling, mining, or development, even illegally, you can't sue.
It applies retroactively, killing lawsuits already in progress.
Tribes, environmental groups, citizens, even states, lose the right to challenge these approvals in court.
Why it matters:
This guts judicial review, a cornerstone of U.S. democracy. Courts are the only check on executive overreach. This section erases that check for some of the most destructive decisions the government can make.
Sincerely,
A constituent who prefers a balance of power to a dictator

Well … nice photos.
Wow. I had no idea that was also in the bill. I can't believe that provision will pass constitutional scrutiny. Oops, I'm forgetting that we have an administration that doesn't read the Constitution.
Any response from your senators?
Vicki, do you think any Reps or Senators have even read this Bill. What in hell is going on, the country is lawless! I’m so sorry for the many good people who are working so hard for Democracy. No country without laws will survive but will become weathered by evil dictators, everyone loses!
I get replies of a sort. Form type letters that may or may not actually address my concerns.
I doubt many (any?) read the whole thing. They just vote for their party.
I've got my fingers crossed that the Senate's version will leave this craziness out. No thanks however, to the NC elected Senators!
Even the best people in government never read their mail. It's all sorted through by minions, who take notes of which subjects are mentioned by constituents the most.
