Monday night was cloudy and the moon was shy. Last night was clear, but she rose just behind a large poplar and took a while to show her splendor.

Beautiful pictures. On these nights when the moon is so close and bright, even a standard pair of binoculars can provide spectacular views of its surface. And we're reminded that Earthlings have walked there.
Well done. Totally missed it due to weather, but I probably would have missed anyway. 😊 Good job with clouds and especially the tree intersection.
I'm fortunate to have it right outside my bedroom window.
