It's all the garden fairies. When they get cold they don't put on furry thick clothing. They put on crystal globes . . . insulation and no snagging on leaves and such.
Vicki, I meant to tell you about an app I just got for my phone. It turns my photos into watercolor paintings! So much fun! If you have a smartphone, and I don't know if you do, it is called Waterlogue.
I love the lenses we look through at the world...just glass that's ground a certain way, to bring things closer, or perhaps just clearer. And then they show us things that a naked eye wouldn't have seen at all.

That first one is AWESOME!!! The others, I might chalk up to reflected moisture in the air. However, my mind runs wild with the first!

I like June's take too!
If you mouse over the words angel and ghost, they are hot links -- as is Twilight Zone . .
No smart phone here, Karen -- I wonder if I can get it on my computer -- sounds fun.

light refracted off the rain? or willowisps? magic indeed...ha
"something else' is also a hot link with the scientific explanation of the orbs. Take your pick . . .
Vicki, I love your imagination. Bubbles in the sink, mysterious garden orbs, and so much more that defies easy explanation can be found hereabouts.
Thank you for all of it. xo
Exactly what June said.
