Beautiful orchid shots!

February has included a heart transplant, birthday, anniversary and LOTS of cold weather. Goodbye, February!

Adorable orchids against the grey vastness of our outdoor February. I've got one orchid, now I'm thinking, why not 2 or 3 like Vicki?

Vicki, those orchids are brilliant! The light shining through their blooms is uplifting. How I wish that our forecast for the beginning of March did not include yet another snow storm. Enough!

Gorgeous. I particularly like the 4th image, the close up with the tiny tendril--stunning. They say the meteorological first day of spring is March 1, I'm sure that makes you happy:)

These are gorgeous! You need to go to Singapore – they have a park full of orchids, of different varieties. Unfortunately, when I went there I had just a film camera, so I did not take good pictures. I just saw some beautiful orchids on a blog from a friend in St Petersburg, Russia, very similar to yours. It makes me happy to see the same lovely flowers in the US and in Russia (flower power?)

Next year I'm going to buy some orchids. Such lovely color is certain to brighten up the February weather.
