Glimpses . . .

Taken while on my outing to the Wound Care Center (the wound continues to heal well) through the dirty windows of the van where I was strapped into my wheelchair (an apology for lack of quality.)

This pebble-dash house is characteristic of  an earlier era in Asheville.

This construction site is characteristic of the present . . .

Mountains!

And below, the iconic mountains - Pisgah and The Rat.

Lovely that you get out sometimes - even to another medical facility. It must make life a little more interesting. Hope the wound is healing well. You're showing amazing patience and fortitude. Keep smiling! Much love xx

You are amazing to make so much out of your troubles. Who else would take and post photos made from a traveling wheelchair?

That trip must feel like a day pass from incarceration. Great pictures from a tripod with wheels on it. My sister told me that Mount Pisgah is a sacred mountain.
