Time travel - I wish that becomes a reality. BTW: if you ever need liquid nitrogen or cryogenics for that, you can contact us. Our company makes it all...:-)
After yesterdays miserable weather I definitely needed some beautiful photos ... thank you Vicki! I must also keep in mind that as each day passes we are one day closer to spring.
Hi Vicki, it seems February's Fury is about to rain down on Southern Mississippi tonight! The forecast is for 5-8 inches of Snow!I'm not sure it has ever snowed more than 2 inches here! Thanks for reminding me this won't last much longer. I'm dreaming about fried green tomatoes myself! How about you? :)
Winter becomes wearing about this time, it seems. And it's been a long drawn out affair. We had one whole day of sunshine yesterday, although it was still cold. Lack of sunshine seems to be the big thing here this winter. Enjoyed the glimpse of Spring and Summer! Can't wait.... Tammy
Well, Gilly, I'll keep you all in mind if we decide to start doing artificial insemination here on the farm -- or possibly one of your freezers might come in handy for a fictional murder . . . hmmmm ...
Yep, Martin and Pat -- sometimes I just feel the need for flowers -- this winter especially.
Oh dear, Carol, you all had best batten down the hatches. And yes, fried green tomatoes sound awfully good along about now.
That's really pretty. We have not had as much snow as you, but we got about a foot over the last two days. A lot of snow. I want to see some flowers and birds. Unfortunately, the winter up here sometimes lasts until April. I often don't get warm until May.
I feel like a bit of a wimp, Jon Lee, whining about our winter when you northern folks deal with this all the time. Just to keep things in perspective, I've been checking out the blog of an exchange student in Finland -- now there's some serious winter!

This winter seems to have got the needle stuck in the groove. Thanks for changing the record. So nice to have a summer tune. Lots to look forward to!

Ah spring. What a lovely season and something to look forward to.

Doing lots and lots of that looking forward, Sam!
can't wait! It's taking far too long here too.
Althoug it's sunny today, it is also bitterly cold.
I hope to see the sundial in the glories of spring son!
On the contrary, I find your views very romantic , and not only that of the spring !
The first one looks like an old painting .
Hey, Tammy -- the sun has actually just peeped out -- it really makes a difference in my spirits.
Me too, Friko -- I know it'll happen!
I see what you mean, Miss Yves, romantic in a desolate sort of way, alas!
It's all the broken branches that I find depressing.
I love the magical contrasts of the seasons. I would be completely bored living in a temperate climate.
And, Willow, you wouldn't get to wear that cool Russian hat!

Well, I'm the odd one out. I'm not looking forward to spring...yet!
Gorgeous photos, I liked all of them. :)
Your pictures make snow look really gorgeous, Victoria. And I think it's the lack of sun, as much as anything, that has me wishing for spring.
To everything there is a season ... (exit humming.)
I'd wager you're not alone in wanting to time travel to summer : )
Snowing again, Tipper -- but it is pretty!
