How many crows does it take to make a 'murder.'
(Thanks for your note about Clay Girl, or did I already say that?)

I'm not sure, AC, about the number. I am sure I LOVED Clay Girl.

Good morning dear friend, how are you doing. Think of you often and send good thoughts and big hugs every time. Oh yes, I don't like crows very much Be well soon my friend. xx

We live near a rookery and every evening the crows fly directly over our house to get to their roost. Someone said it takes at least three crows to make a murder. That two make only attempted murder.

Glad you are still in good spirits. I have great admiration for the marvelous way you seem to have taken all this in stride. Optimistic and aware it could have been much worse.

If it makes you feel better, rest assure the leaf color is very dull this year. And the brown leaves are falling everywhere along with the dry pine needles.

Vicki, being a bit slow this morning, I was all ready for the plot to thicken before I caught on to the nature of this murder. xo

Hello again, Vicki. I have just emailed you an article from today's NY Times about the Senate race in North Carolina. Hoping you will find it interesting. xo
