Words and pictures from the author of And the Crows Took Their Eyes as well as the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries . . .
Hard to believe August is almost over!
Summertime laziness is on the cusp of crisp autumn, I do believe.
Vicki, I am imagining the countryside sounds to go along with these storytelling pictures, and also imaging a glass of iced tea or perhaps lemonade. Late August can be lovely. xo
Iced tea -- the house wine of the South. I make a pitcher every morning and we drink it all day. But I don't sweeten it (heresy!)
Late August looks pretty good in your part of the world.
Is that a wasp? Whatever it looks fierce. Love the red barns!
Your landscapes and still life are so diversified and lovely. We never get bored so keep on sending them
