Words and pictures from the author of And the Crows Took Their Eyes as well as the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries . . .
Poor confused pear tree branch. This weather is enough to confuse all manner of beings. Beautiful photos. The ones of Eddie are my favorite, of course!
I'd love to be seeing those mountains in the morning... evening, too!
Eddie, what a life you lead!
Hi! Eddie is hidden!
Beautiful photos; I love these glimpses into your part of our world. I love it that cats sleep anywhere at any time!
You certainly know how to start the day off right.Sam
Oh, Vicki! The kittycat is priceless! Makes me wish I had one...but then, again, there are the birds...How did "chicken-doing" turn out?Elora
Everything looks so cool and clean!Eddie makes me want to ease back to bed....
I have a black beauty like Eddie. My Nikki also has that- What do you want? attitude. Love them.
I love leadwort such a beautiful blueand Eddie is a dollthanks for sharing your day with us...love every minute of it
smiles...i can understand the confusion with the way our weather has been...still nice to see a bit of beauty...
Eddie has got it down pat; he knows how to relax! That first photo is so peaceful.
Beautiful! Somehow I don't think the late bloomer will bear any fruit. Now please quit disturbing the cat!
Eddie has found the best place to hide... well without the photograph's eye...
Why do cats always sit in the most awkward of places! I always think that black cats at night are a liability!Beautiful vignette of your day though.
I don't think cats roll over in their sleep do they? Luckily for Eddie... Poor confused pear tree. Hope that won't stop it having blossom again in the spring.
Very pretty pictures. My son and his wife have a black cat with a tiny white spot on his neck. Eddie looks very comfortable.
I love the subtle colours of the first one. Something that is worth pushing oneself for. Lovely.
