C'était aussi "Un beau dimanche" ici.
What a pleasure to be outdoor, admiring the spring flowers and listening to the buzz of bumblebees.
Your garden looks pretty.
Have a very nice week !

The music is indeed a pleasure : but it is that first photograph which causes me to catch my breath. Perfectly composed and taken.

What a perfectly beautiful slide show...I also popped across to Picassa to view all 59 images in the larger format...absolutely stunning! You live in a glorious place, surrounded by some exquisite beauty. Everything is bursting with life! The animals... all clearly loving the sunshine and being able to play, and roll and stretch! Thank you, Vicki, for sharing this magic with us! :)

This aria always brings to mind Merchant Ivory's "A Room With a View"!

Vicki -- Sunday was a beautiful day here in Kentucky too. Time to feel the wind, sun, and listen to the birds -- barbara

I don't hear a lot of opera -- mainly because my husband pretty much hates it, but like Tess, I loved this aria in the Merchant Ivory A Room With A View -- one of my very favorite movies.

A magic day it was-- and most of Monday was pretty good too but we're having a heavy rain just now.

We had a beautiful Sunday and today also was beautiful. Now we have to get ready for tornadoes, they already came to Nashville my daughter just told me on the phone. My husband is a big fan of Maria Callas and has many of her CDs – such a great voice,

The thing about Puccini I hate, loathe, and despise is that he's such a button pusher ... It's almost impossible for me to listen to this aria without feeling weepy. La Bohème is worse: however much I brace myself and tell myself "You've seen this thing umpteen times, you idiot!", the first notes of Mimi! at the end (the opera people among you know what I mean) and I'm sobbing away.

Some of Pavlov's puppies don't need food to react ... [wry grin]

Lovely post, Vicki, thank you.
