To quote Douglas Adams, "Space is BIG! I mean, really mind-alteringly BIG!"
The Hubble Telescope has been sending beautiful pictures of some of what's going on in that immensity.

I've been a Hubble addict for years. I never cease to be amazed. I also visit NASA's A Picture A Day, or APOD.com, I think. There are Hubbles and anything else space or sky related and so much lovely to ponder. Space is BIG! Love this post, thanks.
Oh, that comment above is me logged in to my son's blogger account, oops! And I spotted the ringer, though it looked right at home in the mix!

Marvellous images shared here, Vicki and the dandelion is a great mimic of the cosmos :)
NASA has a whole slew of breathtaking photos--they're so beautiful I have to ration myself on them. I get started browsing through them and can't stop. These you've posted make me want to go back, just for a quick boost, you understand.

I will now see the dandelion in a different way. Nice post.
Such a mystery is life in this universe.. such beauty and we so small and the dandelion so perfect. Thank you Vicki.

Coincidentally, we just returned from a field trip to Raleigh with my daughter's class, which included the movie IMAX Hubble 3D -I think we all came out realizing there are no words to describe what's out there. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1433813/
Happy Spring - I'm off this week to enjoy it!
Wondrous!
I hope you are safe.
Keep reading about all those awful storms that were ripping through NC and neighboring States.
Thanks for the great post. The perfect dandelion juxtaposed with the images from space - the perfect symmetry of it all - well, it just takes the breath away. Awesome. Literally.
