Anticipation . . .

What will the day bring?
How many yellow roses will bloom ?
When will the foxgloves open and . . .

Where will the cat go, now that she has the car keys?

A very brief post as I really am in the final throes of UNDER THE SKIN, having promised to get  it to my editor by Monday.

Do you remember the cat on Saturday Night Live years ago that drove the car? I hope your cat has better luck then that one did, although it did give us all a good laugh!

Wow, yet another book off to your editor. Woo hoo!!! Oh yes, anticipation ......

If she puts lipstick on and takes her purse, you are in deep trouble.

Chhaya is right -- I expect Miss Susue Hutchins would prefer a chauffeur.

June, that blue is a paint color called Mountain Purple -- go figure.

Miss Yves -- she would insist on the dogs leaving the car.

Pat - wasn't that Toonkas-the driving cat?

Yes, just one alarming situation to get Elizabeth out of and a wrap up of the historical story . . . putting in some long days at the laptop in anticipation of long days outside very soon!

Niddynoddy -- Uh oh! You're right!
