I love photos of chickens and roosters, but I'm terrified of roosters in real life. Had one flog me when I was little. He became the chicken in the chicken and dumplings!
I wonder what's in the buckets being carried up the hill. Mmm, feed perhaps? Your new(est) dog seemed intent upon something through the fence until he knew you were there and came running. Sweet!
Barb, it's an empty feed bucket and a full milk pail. I grabbed that shot because Justin was talking on his phone as he walked back from milking and it amused me.

Beautiful Vicki. It must be a wonderful life!

Vicki, I am so lucky to be able to see your wonderfully descriptive farm life photographs.
Looks as if Bob is right in the swing of it all as he enters his first spring on the farm.
