No parsley, or thyme? My song is not complete without them.

Beautiful images, glad you got out and took some to share with me. Lousy weather here.

Daffodils! I was just thinking about daffodils today - yay for daffodils - and yay for walking!

Winter jasmine? I am going to look into this plant to see if it grows over here...

Winter Jasmine is beautiful. Such a delight in the greys of this season.

That last looks like "Sweet William."

I don't remember William. When did he join the family? The tree silhouette is my favorite too, but love all of them!

No parsley at this time of year, Ms. A, and the thyme was too scraggly to make a good picture.

Winter jasmine is beautiful but has no fragrance. I think that its Latin name is jasmine nudiformis.

Sweet William (perfect, June) has been with us longer that any of the other dogs. He doesn't like having his picture taken but he was in yesterday's post.

Make that jasminum nudiflorum -- I looked it up.

The twisty branches remind me of Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, but I might have that name wrong. There's one growing in front of our library. What a beautiful bunch of photos!

You've so many lovely natural sights available to encourage a stroll, Vicki! I'm always in wonder that tiny delicate flowers can brave January chills. (Make sure that you wrap up well for those strolls and don't overdue it. Good to have that sweet William keeping an eye on you.)

So glad you are outside a little more. Hope these gray skies will clear and bring some sunshine.

Daffodils already? Glad you are out and about!

Oh, thank you for that lovely walk. I can't believe the daffodils! The rosemary! It was all wonderful. Hope the walking was therapeutic and pain free.

William has the sweetest face! I was surprised to see green shoots peeking up from the ground. Our high was 48 today, but our low tonight is supposed to be 0, with 60 mph winds and snow.
