Words and pictures from the author of And the Crows Took Their Eyes as well as the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries . . .
You surprise me every time. Happy December.
A striking image, Vicki. I hope December treats you well.
I like this painting very much. It goes so well with the book I am reading right now and savour so much: "Raising hare" such a delightful book with cultural reference by Chloe Dalton.
_Raising Hare_ is natural history, memoire, and love all bound together. A truly remarkable book, and, as you say, delightful.
I was surprised to see a rabbit run under our car while we were in Buffalo. I'd have thought they'd be tucked away as it was cold and snowy.
I shall have to seek out this book!
