Wonderful spring color in these shots. Especially against the grey/brown of all the rest of the forest still waiting patiently to leaf out. Here the maples are going crazy leaving pollen everywhere and I'm coughing so much I think I'll mask up again.
Finally, this morning we have glorious sun after days of rain! My huge bleeding heart plants, which have been in place almost 30 years, are covered with pink and white hearts, the dogwoods are on the verge, our Japanese maple is a bright red that sparkles in the sun. And all my big clumps of daffodils are still in beautiful bloom. I adore spring!
