I never noticed them (cold fronts) coming over before moving to the mountains, when I retired. Maybe the second event is the one that gave me time to notice skies more.
Went to sleep with the temperature at 60 and woke up with it at 30 and the wind howling around the house. It was warm and raining just long enough to melt all the patches of snow and now we go back to winter for a bit longer.
Well, It was 80 degrees here Sunday. 47F this morning. We have a low pressure front coming toward the end of the week with highs in the 60's. Chance of rain maybe. That's our Southern California weather for you folks back East. It gets boring out here. Well maybe not! Wildfires, mudslides, earthquakes. I guess we have our share of weather trouble.
