Words and pictures from the author of And the Crows Took Their Eyes as well as the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries . . .
Hahaha! I can relate, I like my alone time, too!
Ever considered writing Chick lit?
haha...all you ask for is a little quiet time and...smiles.
They do love your bench! I wouldn't have expected chickens to be perching on it. Great story line!
So that's where the phrase came from.Sam
Not egg-zactly, Martin...
Love this!! The Chicks are fun to watch aren't they? GREAT shots by the way! XO
So you have another talent...translating for other species! Very needed!
What a fun post! I'm still giggling about these cute girls.
ha ha ha Isn't that the truth!
What a delight. Such lovely ladies. And so nice to start the day with a happy laugh.
What a delightful hen party! I just scrolled through your recent posts and I want to compliment you on the way you display your pictures. They are so delicate, like butterflies, or a Japanese painting.
LOL That was delightful - thanks!
Love that bench- looks like such a peaceful spot- no wonder the chickens are trying to roost there.
I LOVE to watch chickens and the way that they interact with each other. Much more fun that watching television! I sure do miss having them.
