What beautiful pictures. I was in Chicago today and took a picture of a beautiful lily. Mine are just starting to bloom. I just love flowers. They make summer so enjoyable.

I love them all - but that Iris -- oh mine --- fantastic angle shot, it looks like you captured a fairy ready to dance...

What a wealth of beautiful flowers! You're so lucky, Vicki. (But I'm lucky, too, because I get to see the beautiful photos you post).

Can you all tell I love flowers? Silly question.

I love that fading iris too, Joanny and I thought of a ballerina in some heart-tugging death scene.

Desiree -- you seem to have just visited a South African paradise -- enjoyed the posts!

Brian -- the orange ones grow wild everywhere -- these others are hybrids I've been collecting over the years.

A feast for my eyes that are already getting desert heat dry. If that makes any sense.

It just doesn't matter how gray a day it is here. All I have to do is go to your wonderful photographs and the world is all colors and beauty.
Thank you.
